Minimum Financial Expectations of

Members of the Board of Directors

     

  • No cash reimbursements will be given to Foundation volunteers for their
    expenses.
    Documented and pre-approved official Foundation expenses can be submitted to the Foundation treasurer for crediting to the Brother's lifetime giving level as a gift in kind.
  • Directors are required to contribute a minimum of $1,000 annually to the
    Foundation's Trustee's Society (general fund) and payments must be made annually before the start of the new fiscal year, or the brother's directorship will expire. The Secretary / Treasurer will notify you each year of your payment that is due before December 1st.
