Ambassador Program

 

Purpose of the Ambassador Program:
  • To develop Alumni involvement with the foundation Programs to the undergraduate Chapter, Alumni Chapters, and local Alumni.
  • To identify and develop future Board of Directors.
  • To promote the Mission of The Delta Chi Educational Foundation.
Responsibilities of the Ambassador Area Coordinator:
  • To become a knowledgeable member of the Board of Directors Ambassador Program.
  • To cultivate current and establish new relationships with major donors.
  • To assist in the Foundation fundraising activities in each Ambassador’s assigned areas.
  • To help increase the number of donors in their area.
  • Deliver Alumni Giving Awards and provide pictures of all recipients in their area.
Ambassador Area Coordinator Benefits:
  • All personal expenses related to the position and approved by The Delta Chi Educational Foundation Treasurer will be acknowledged as a tax deductible “gifts in kind” and count toward Lifetime giving recognition.
  • The Delta Chi Educational Foundation materials will be provided.
  • Special recognition given at conventions and conferences.
  • Special email address from Foundation provided.
  • Picture and biography posted on our website.
Support:
  • You will always have the guidance from your fellow Brothers.
  • We will provide you with an Ambassador Program Handbook.
  • We will provide all the techinal support needed.
  • We will provide on-going training.
  • If you have any questions and concerns our office staff will be available to assist.
